About the Role:
As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll manage a caseload of young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns. You'll provide a mix of therapeutic intervention, case management, outreach, and collaborative care planning.
What you'll do:
Conduct mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Coordinate care with families, internal teams, and external service providers
Respond to crises and provide assertive outreach where needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
What you'll bring:
Degree-qualified in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing
Full registration with AHPRA or AASW
Experience in youth mental health and complex case management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
National Police Check, WWCC, and valid driver's licence
