Speech Pathologist (Graduate/Experienced) – Joondalup

I'm working with a fantastic, purpose-driven organisation looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their supportive, values-led team. If you're passionate about helping individuals with disabilities and their families, this is a role where your work truly makes a difference.

Based out of their Joondalup clinic, you'll also provide therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, making an impact where it matters most.

About the Role

As part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver speech therapy across Early Intervention, School-Age, and Adult programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based communication interventions, including AAC

  • Conducting standardised and specialist assessments

  • Collaborating with families, carers, and other stakeholders to create inclusive, empowering environments

  • Leading programs such as Hanen parent coaching, Positive Behaviour Support, and mealtime management

  • Running engaging group therapy sessions across all ages

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Speech Pathology with current SPA membership

  • Person-centred, passionate about helping individuals with disabilities thrive

  • Experience with NDIS clients is a plus

  • NDIS Worker Check and WWCC required

  • New graduates encouraged-mentorship and structured supervision provided
