About the Role:

Join a dynamic team delivering high-impact speech therapy across Early Intervention, School-Age, and Adult programs. We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to:

• Provide therapy using evidence-based communication interventions, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).

• Conduct standardised and specialist assessments tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with families, carers, and stakeholders to foster inclusive, empowering environments.

• Lead specialist programs such as Hanen® parent coaching, Positive Behaviour Support, and mealtime management.

• Run engaging group therapy sessions across all ages.

About You:

• Degree-qualified in Speech Pathology with current Speech Pathology Australia membership.

• Person-centered, values-driven professional with a passion for helping individuals with disabilities.

• Experience supporting clients with NDIS funding is a plus.

• NDIS Worker Check and WWCC required.

• New graduates encouraged to apply - mentorship and structured supervision provided.
