Senior/Principal Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist) - Central Coast

Looking to elevate your career in a role that offers real flexibility, meaningful work, and strong leadership? A leading provider is seeking a Senior or Principal level OT with a Occupational Rehab/CTP/Injury Management background for a brand-new opportunity on the beautiful Central Coast.

• Oversee complex rehabilitation cases with physical and psychological injuries
• Conduct workplace and functional capacity assessments
• Develop and manage tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work programs
• Act as a point of escalation and support for more junior consultants
• Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
• Attend stakeholder meetings and case conferences as a clinical lead

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• At least 3 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation/CTP/injury management
• Knowledge of CTP, Workers Comp, or Life Insurance frameworks
• Strong leadership potential and mentoring ability
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• A current driver's licence and vehicle (travel reimbursed)
