Mars Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established, market-leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Resilience Manager to join the team. This is an opportunity for a manager to step up or for an experienced SM to lead regional growth, oversee high-impact client delivery, and develop high-performing teams within the resilience and risk advisory space.

Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the regional team, driving financial performance, managing client delivery excellence, and building a strong, engaged team culture.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors, while also contributing to broader business strategy, innovation, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and execute the strategic direction for the regional team in line with business objectives
• Drive regional financial performance and support business growth initiatives
• Oversee and contribute to delivery of consulting services across business continuity, resilience, crisis, incident and emergency management
• Lead client engagements including reviews, audits, policy and framework development, BIAs, threat assessments, workshops, training and exercises
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a range of industry sectors
• Identify and support new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Ensure quality, governance and continuous improvement across all client deliverables
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated client outcomes
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, including performance management and workforce planning
• Represent the business nationally, including interstate and occasional overseas travel

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 7 years' + experience in business continuity, either within a consulting or a related professional services environment
• Demonstrated expertise in business continuity, crisis management and organisational resilience
• Extensive experience designing and facilitating workshops, training and exercises
• Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and a performance-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
• CBCI qualification preferred; MBCI highly regarded
