Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the hair and beauty industry? My client is looking for a motivated Business Partner to manage and grow an established salon territory while building strong long-term client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised professional haircare brand with strong earning potential and the freedom of running your own business.
As a Business Partner, you will operate under your own ABN and be responsible for servicing and growing an existing salon network within your territory.
You'll work closely with salon owners and stylists to drive sales, strengthen partnerships, and identify new business opportunities for the Matrix brand.
Manage approximately 120 salons within your territory (top third of Victoria) Warrnambool, Bendigo, Ballarat etc
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing salon partners
Prospect and cold call to grow the client base
Drive sales growth across the territory
Promote partnership opportunities and brand initiatives
Provide ongoing support and service to salons
Uncapped commission structure
Established territory with existing salon accounts
Strong earning potential
