They are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and managing longer, strategic sales conversations.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, generating qualified pipeline opportunities, and supporting the Account Executive team.

You'll work closely with Account Executives and the Leadership team to drive revenue growth and help shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

This is a high-impact role with strong progression opportunities as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities across target industries and accounts
  • Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined discovery frameworks
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across prospective client organisations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and discovery sessions for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise messaging and campaign performance
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity tracking
  • Contribute to sales strategy, process improvements, and market feedback

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development, or SDR roles (preferably in SaaS or tech, but also very open to other industries)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated
  • A growth mindset and desire to build a career in technology sales
