I'm working with an innovative Melbourne-based property analytics company seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive market share growth for their newly launched business intelligence tool.

My client is an established Australian property analytics company that provides market research and statistics to Melbourne's leading real estate agencies. After 12 months of development, they've just launched a revolutionary data platform that consolidates comprehensive real estate information into powerful, user-friendly business intelligence tools-something truly unique in the market. They're now ready to aggressively capture market share and need a sales professional to help drive this growth phase.

About the Role

As Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of introducing this game-changing platform to Melbourne's real estate community. Working directly with the Director, you'll convert qualified leads into demo opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and close subscription sales. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) offering flexibility and the potential to convert to permanent after the 6-month contract period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify leads generated through Meta advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to real estate agents and agencies to introduce the platform
  • Achieve weekly KPI targets
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (training provided)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion
  • Build and maintain relationships with Melbourne's real estate community
  • Close deals and onboard new clients to subscription packages
  • Track activities and opportunities in CRM system
  • Provide market feedback and insights to leadership

What You'll Need

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong phone-based sales skills and excellent verbal communication
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and work independently
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features
  • Professional demeanor suitable for engaging with established real estate professionals
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office 365
  • Desirable: SaaS sales experience, real estate industry background, or knowledge of Melbourne's property market

What's On Offer

  • Base salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (pro-rata for 3 days) + commission structure
  • Part-time flexibility - 3 days per week across Monday to Friday
