About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in residential aged care is a plus, but not essential
• Confident working independently and leading a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care every shift
• Lead and mentor Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers
• Manage assessments, admissions, and care planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and liaise with senior staff, medical teams, and allied health professionals
• Support staff development, training, and mentoring
