MARS Healthcare is partnering with a leading regional health network to recruit an experienced Personal Care Attendant (Cert III) for a short-term contract in rural South Australia.

The Role

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care in an aged care environment, supporting residents with daily living, wellbeing, and safety.

Key Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Experience in aged care or a similar care environment
• Medication-competent (Medication Accredited)
• Leecare documentation experience, or willingness to complete required training prior to commencement
• Ability to work across all shift types
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safe, high-quality care
• Australian Working Rights

Training Requirements (Pre-Commencement)

• Leecare / CBIS / Sunrise training completed prior to arrival
• Current immunisation status and health screening per SA Health policy

Mandatory Clearances

• SA Working With Children Check (or interstate WWCC plus SA application receipt)
• National Police Check issued within the last 12 months
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Valid government-issued photo ID
