Join a specialist non-bank agricultural lender working directly with Australian farmers across livestock, cropping, farmland and agribusiness operations. You'll manage and grow a regional portfolio of agribusiness clients, working closely with farmers and rural operators to structure tailored lending solutions that support long-term growth.

The Opportunity
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers across your region
  • Build long-term relationships with farmers, producers and rural operators
  • Structure and present lending proposals across a range of agricultural facilities
  • Conduct on-farm visits and maintain a strong regional presence
  • Work closely with brokers, agents, accountants and referral networks
  • Partner with internal credit and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Support clients across the full lending lifecycle - from origination through to annual review
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role offering genuine ownership of your client relationships and portfolio.
About You
You may come from:
  • Agribusiness banking
  • Rural banking
  • Non-bank lending
  • Agrifinance
  • Commercial banking with agricultural exposure
We're looking for someone who:
  • Understands agribusiness lending and regional markets
  • Enjoys building trusted client relationships
  • Has experience preparing or managing credit submissions
  • Is commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously
  • Wants greater flexibility and faster decision-making than a traditional bank environment
Existing regional networks across farming communities, brokers or agricultural stakeholders will be highly regarded.
