This role is perfect for clinicians looking to transition from hands-on therapy into a rehabilitation consultancy position, while still applying their clinical expertise to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Based in Launceston, you'll support clients across the region, helping them recover, return to work, and regain independence while applying your clinical knowledge in a meaningful, client-focused role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support clients through recovery and return-to-work journeys, using your clinical knowledge and skills
• Conduct assessments and case management across a diverse range of client needs
• Build strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
• Apply your clinical expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment

Who We're Looking For

• Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, or Exercise Physiologists with relevant professional registration (AHPRA / ESSA)
• New graduates or experienced clinicians looking to transition into a rehab consultancy role
• Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes
• Strong communicator, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively
