Registered Nurse - Injury Coordinator


We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with an interest in working closely our client, a market leading Rehabilitation provider with a passion for supporting Australian workplaces in putting worker wellbeing to the forefront.

Role Summary
This role will consist of injury triage and recovery coordination, and pre-employment health assessments in one dynamic position. You will play a key role in supporting injury and referral processes, and delivering expert Allied Health advice to clients and stakeholders. With a strong focus on customer service, compliance, and outcomes, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across recovery, prevention, and workplace health services.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

  • Managing referrals and acting as a subject matter expert in the Vinci system
  • Conducting injury triage, including initial injury screens and client communication
  • Developing and supporting Return to Work and Recover at Work plans
  • Liaising with injured workers, client organisations, and treating practitioners
  • Completing pre-employment health
  • Preparing timely, high-quality reports in line with client SLAs and compliance standards
  • Maintaining accurate databases, documentation, and business processes
  • Handling enquiries, complaints, and problem-solving to ensure exceptional service
  • Supporting stakeholders with specialist Allied Health advice and education


Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • AHPRA Certified Registered Nurse
  • First aid and CPR
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Excellent written (+ report writing) and verbal communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for time management
