Rural Queensland | Darling Downs | Contract Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Aged Care experience for contract opportunities across the Darling Downs and regional Queensland.
You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents, supporting their clinical needs and overall wellbeing.
Your responsibilities may include:
Resident assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring
Medication administration and clinical management
Care planning and documentation
Managing changing health needs
Supporting residents with their individual care requirements
Working collaboratively with carers and multidisciplinary teams
Managing an allocated resident load
Escalating clinical concerns and supporting appropriate care pathways
We are looking for an RN who:
Holds current AHPRA registration
Has recent Aged Care nursing experience
Has strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
Takes a person-centred approach to care
Can work confidently and autonomously
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Is adaptable and comfortable working in a rural or regional environment
Rural, regional or remote experience is highly regarded.
AM rates from $72.29 per hour + applicable shift penalties
Higher rates for afternoon, night and weekend shifts
Travel assistance to and from your contract
