Registered Nurse - Acute / Palliative Care / Rehabilitation

Rural Queensland | Contract Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a rural hospital ward providing care across acute, palliative and rehabilitation services.

About the Role

You will care for patients across a varied clinical caseload, including:

• Acute nursing
• Palliative care
• Rehabilitation
• Patient assessment and care planning
• Medication management
• Multidisciplinary care
• Discharge planning
• Supporting patients through their recovery and ongoing care needs

About You

We're looking for an RN who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration
• Has recent acute nursing experience
• Is confident caring for patients with complex and changing needs
• Has experience or interest in palliative and/or rehabilitation nursing
• Works well autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
• Is adaptable and comfortable in a rural environment

Rural and remote experience is highly regarded.
