A well-established, values-driven Allied Health organisation is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join its growing team in Perth.


Mars Healthcare Recruitment are seeking an experienced PBS Practitioner to join a growing Allied Health team supporting NDIS participants across the Perth metropolitan area. This role offers flexibility to work North or South of the River, a strong clinical framework, and the opportunity to contribute to best-practice PBS service delivery.
This opportunity will suit a clinician who values evidence-based practice, person-centred support, and working within a collaborative, well-supported environment.

The Opportunity


The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support interventions to NDIS participants with complex needs. Working closely with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll support positive, sustainable outcomes within a collaborative and well-supported PBS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Positive Behaviour Support interventions aligned with NDIS PBS principles
  • Manage a clinical caseload across home, school, and community settings
  • Develop, implement, and review behaviour support plans using contemporary, evidence-based frameworks
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and allied health professionals
  • Provide consultative support, education, and mentoring within the PBS team
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, reports, and behaviour support plans
  • Operate in line with child safety standards, organisational values, and legislative requirements

About You


You'll bring strong clinical capability within a Positive Behaviour Support framework and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.


Essential requirements include:

  • Current NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Registration
  • One of the following qualifications, Psychology (AHPRA registered), Counselling (ACA or PACFA registered)or Social Work (AASW registered)
  • Experience supporting people with disability and complex behavioural needs
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice
