Mars Healthcare are currently representing a well-established, community-focused private physiotherapy practice based in Mandurah. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a passionate Neurological Physiotherapist to join their collaborative clinical team and make a meaningful impact within the Peel Region community.


This modern, well-equipped clinic services patients across Mandurah, Pinjarra, Waroona and surrounding areas, providing high-quality, patient-centred care across both neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. You will be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and friendly administration staff within a positive and supportive environment.


This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse neurological caseload while helping patients improve their independence, mobility and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans
• Manage a varied caseload including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, coordination and functional independence
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families around condition management and long-term rehabilitation strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including occupational therapists, speech therapists and medical practitioners
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with professional standards

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience, with neurological experience highly regarded
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Ability to design and implement individualised rehabilitation programs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
