I'm currently representing a highly reputable, community-focused private physiotherapy practice based in Pinjarra. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative team culture.

This well-established clinic services patients across Pinjarra, Mandurah, Waroona and surrounding Peel Region communities. With a strong reputation for high-quality, evidence-based MSK treatment, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team and friendly administration staff in a modern, well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this musculoskeletal role, you will:

• Conduct thorough MSK assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
• Manage a diverse caseload including:

• Back, neck, hip and shoulder pain
• Tendinopathies and soft tissue injuries
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Sports injuries and return-to-activity programs
• Workplace and ergonomic injuries

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve function, mobility, strength and pain outcomes
• Provide education on injury prevention, self-management and ongoing wellbeing
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals where required
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation in line with industry standards

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience (MSK experience highly regarded; private practice experience preferred)
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualised rehabilitation programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Clinicians with more than 2 years' private practice MSK experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
