Mars Healthcare are currently representing a well-established, industry-leading organisation within the occupational health and workplace rehabilitation space. Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Physiotherapist (or Exercise Physiologist/Occupational Therapist) to join their team in a permanent capacity based out of Lithgow, NSW.

This role offers a unique combination of clinical treatment, occupational health and workplace rehabilitation, with the added flexibility of weekly drive in drive out (DIDO) for candidates based outside the region. Driving into Lithgow Monday morning and driving back out on Friday lunchtime - With all accommodation and meals covered.

The Opportunity

This role allows you to travel into Lithgow on a weekly basis, where the client site is based, you will deliver a mix of clinic-based and on-site services across surrounding regional areas.
In this role, you will:

• Conduct functional assessments within a purpose-built environment
• Deliver musculoskeletal treatment across workers compensation, Medicare and private clients
• Provide on-site early intervention and workplace assessments
• Support workplace rehabilitation and case management
• Deliver health education and injury prevention programs
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

• Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with relevant tertiary qualification
• Current AHPRA (Physio) or ESSA (EP) registration
• Strong MSK clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Full driver's licence

Experience in occupational health or workplace rehab is advantageous, however full training and onboarding will be provided.
