Occupational Health | Gunnedah NSW | DIDO | 13-Month Fixed Term Contract

Mars Healthcare are currently partnering with a well-established organisation in the occupational health and workplace rehabilitation space to recruit a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Rehabilitation Consultant for a 13-month fixed term contract based out of their Gunnedah, NSW site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a diverse, hands-on role that combines clinical work with workplace health, offering excellent exposure to occupational health and injury management.

The Opportunity

Working in a Drive In Drive Out (DIDO) capacity, you will drive to site Monday morning and leave site Friday lunctime, with all accomodation and meals covered. This role will involve delivering a mix of clinic-based and on-site services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering musculoskeletal treatment across a varied caseload
• Conducting functional and workplace assessments
• Supporting workplace rehabilitation and return to work programs
• Providing early intervention and injury prevention strategies
• Delivering health education and wellbeing initiatives
• Working closely within a multidisciplinary team

About You

• Background as a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Rehabilitation Consultant
• Relevant registration (AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC aligned)
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Full driver's licence

Experience in occupational health or workplace rehab is advantageous, but not essential.
