Physiotherapist - Aged Care & Community Health
📍Fremantle | 💰 $80,000-$85,000 + salary packaging | 🕒 60 hours/fortnight (4 days/week)

Work with one of WA's largest not-for-profit aged care providers, known for delivering high-quality, person-centred services to older adults. Based in a modern health and wellness centre (not a residential facility), you'll support clients to live independently, improve their function, and enhance their wellbeing.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide physiotherapy services to aged care and community clients

• Support mobility, function, and independence

• Supervise and mentor therapy assistants

• Work collaboratively with other health professionals to deliver holistic care

What we're looking for:

• AHPRA registered Physiotherapist

• Previous aged care experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for improving quality of life for older adults

• Australian Working Rights
