The Opportunity
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be at the heart of this service - driving clinical excellence, strengthening team capability, and ensuring every resident receives safe, high-quality, person-led care.

You will oversee all clinical operations across a medium residential home, guiding an experienced team while championing best practice, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team, celebrating collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of excellence.
  • Clinical Governance: Oversee assessments, care planning, clinical systems, and quality frameworks to meet and exceed accreditation standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities to elevate care, drive risk management initiatives, and embed continuous learning.
  • Resident-Centred Care: Advocate for dignity, choice, and meaningful living, ensuring each resident is supported as an individual.
  • Compliance & Accountability: Maintain robust clinical standards aligned with legislation, aged care reforms, and organisational governance.


About You
You are an experienced clinical leader who thrives in an environment where people, quality, and compassion come first.
You will also bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • A Nursing Degree
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing clinical teams
  • Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation, regulatory standards, and best practice care models
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to fostering a collaborative, values-driven culture
  • Must currently be in Australia with full working rights
