Your Role:

• Assess residents' physical and mobility functions, designing and implementing individualised treatment plans.
• Work closely with residents, their families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
• Supervise and support Therapy Assistants and volunteers involved in physiotherapy programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including updating care plans and health records.
• Assist in staff education on manual handling and rehabilitation techniques.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Physiotherapy and current General AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged care or a strong interest in working with older adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards is highly desirable.
• Valid National Police Clearance and up-to-date vaccinations.
