Paediatric Occupational Therapist | Perth Metro (South, Central & East)

Exciting opportunity to make a real impact supporting children and families across Perth.

I'm partnering with a well-established NDIS provider (NFP) who is looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team across South, Central, and East Metro Perth.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children in home, school, and community settings, helping them build confidence, independence, and life skills. You'll be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to manage a diverse and rewarding caseload.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting developmental and functional assessments for children aged 0-18 years
• Designing and implementing tailored therapy plans
• Supporting children with goals around self-care, sensory processing, play, and social participation
• Educating and training families, carers, and school staff
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Completing accurate NDIS documentation

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + super, depending on experience
• Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
• Start date: January 2026 onwards
• Clinical supervision, professional development, and mentorship
• Flexible working arrangements and autonomy in your caseload
• Supportive and family-friendly team environment

• Holds a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Has current AHPRA registration
• Has 12+ months' experience in NDIS or paediatric practice
• Is passionate about family-centred care and child development
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
