We're seeking a Paediatric OT to join a friendly, well-established clinic in Dee Why. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, this role offers flexible hours, structured support, and real career growth - all in a location that makes work feel like a lifestyle.
This clinician-led allied health group was founded by Allied Health Professionals and now has 6 clinics across NSW and the ACT, employing 80+ skilled therapists.
You'll enjoy high-quality systems, strong clinical governance, and real team support, with discipline-specific Heads of Department, Team Leaders, and dedicated admin so you're never left managing everything alone.
Full-time or part-time flexibility to suit your lifestyle
Primarily clinic-based paediatric caseload, with optional school or community sessions
No home visits
Caseload tailored to your strengths and interests
Morning or afternoon clinic blocks to match your routine
Competitive salary based on experience
Performance-based KPI bonus ($10k-$15k achievable)
2 hours daily admin time - in-clinic or from home
Weekly internal CPD sessions plus paid external CPD days
Structured graduate program with supportive, ramped caseloads
