Looking for flexibility, autonomy, and excellent earning potential? We're partnering with a growing community-based allied health provider seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join their contractor network due to ongoing referral demand across Melbourne.

Perfect for Occupational Therapists wanting the freedom and flexibility of self-employment without the stress of sourcing referrals or building a caseload from scratch. With a consistent stream of referrals ready to go, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, choose the days and hours you work, and decide how many clients you'd like to see - whether that's a small side caseload or a full workload (minimum of 4 clients per week).

This opportunity is ideal for confident clinicians who enjoy working independently while still having the security of ongoing demand and administrative support behind the scenes.

💰What's on Offer?

• $90-$115 per billable hour depending on experience
• Ongoing and recurring referral streams
• Flexible workload -take on as much or as little work as you like
• Travel reimbursed at 50% of the NDIS billable rate
• Full autonomy over your diary and caseload structure
• Telehealth opportunities available
• Option to hire clinic rooms and see clients back-to-back if preferred

• Predominantly paediatric NDIS caseload
• Community-based therapy services
• Variety of functional assessments, interventions and report writing

✅ About You

• Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• Ideally 3-4+ years' experience
• Confident working autonomously in the community
• Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills
• Comfortable independently managing referrals and scheduling
• Experience working within NDIS/community settings highly regarded
• Australian Working Rights- Working Holiday Visa's Welcome!
