Team Leader - Occupational Rehabilitation | Sydney Metro

Are you a rehabilitation professional ready to lead a team while staying hands-on with clients? I'm partnering with a leading Australian-owned rehabilitation provider who is expanding their Sydney team and looking for a Team Leader.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team while still being involved in rehabilitation consultancy and client care. It combines leadership, case management, and account oversight, with some local travel across Sydney Metro.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Rehabilitation Consultants
• Plan and coordinate recovery and rehabilitation programs for multiple clients
• Provide specialist advice to stakeholders and support return-to-work outcomes
• Conduct assessments, file reviews, and quality assurance activities
• Manage key accounts and build collaborative relationships with clients

Who We're Looking For

• AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor, or ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
• Minimum 2 years experience in occupational rehabilitation
• Strong case management, organisation, and communication skills
• Australian driver's licence
