Nurse Practitioner

Our client is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation dedicated to providing holistic, culturally appropriate primary health care services to the Aboriginal people of the West Pilbara region. Their mission is to improve health outcomes and promote well-being within our community.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our clients dynamic Clinical Services Team. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively within their specialty scope to deliver advanced clinical care, contributing to the enhancement of health services provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnostics, and treatments within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Engage in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse on AHPRA
• Masters and cite nurse practitioner as the qualification
• Demonstrated experience in delivering primary health care services.
• Commitment to working in a culturally sensitive and inclusive manner.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $113,100 per annum.
• District Allowance: $3,000 for singles or $6,000 for families (subject to policy).
• Housing Allowance: $13,000 per annum, paid in addition to salary every pay period.
• Electricity Allowance: $1,000 per annum, distributed over 10 pay periods during summer.
• Leave Loading: 17.5% paid on annual leave when taken, totalling approximately $1,522.
• Annual Airfare Allowance: $1,000 per annum after 12 months of continuous service.
• Total Gross Package: Approximately $132,678 for singles and $135,733 for families.
• Superannuation: Employer contributions as per legislative requirements.
