Mars are currently representing a highly reputable, community-focused private physiotherapy practice based in Mandurah. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care within a collaborative team culture.

This well-established clinic services patients across Mandurah,Pinjarra, Waroona and surrounding Peel Region communities. With a strong reputation for high-quality, evidence-based MSK treatment, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team and friendly administration staff in a modern, well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal (MSK) assessments and create personalised treatment plans for patients
• Manage a diverse physiotherapy caseload, including back, neck, hip, and shoulder pain, tendinopathies, soft tissue injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and workplace/ergonomic injuries
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and pain management
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and ongoing wellbeing
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with physiotherapy and industry standards

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience (MSK experience highly regarded; private practice experience preferred)
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualised rehabilitation programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Clinicians with more than 2 years' private practice MSK experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
