Mars Healthcare are working with a well-regarded community-based organisation delivering specialised mental health support to individuals and families impacted by family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV). With continued growth, they're now looking for a Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team and help drive high-quality, trauma-informed care across the service.
This is a hands-on leadership role balancing clinical oversight, team support, and operational responsibility.
In this role you will:
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team (Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers & OTs)
Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and practice guidance
Oversee service delivery to ensure trauma-informed, culturally safe care
Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and performance development
Strengthen stakeholder relationships and build referral pathways across WA
Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with funding requirements
Work closely with senior leadership to shape and evolve the service

Tertiary qualification in a relevant mental health discipline
AHPRA registration or AASW membership
Proven experience in mental health leadership or senior clinical roles
Strong understanding of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice
Experience managing teams, workloads, and service delivery
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience in the not-for-profit or community sector
Exposure to multi-site service delivery
Training or experience in risk management frameworks

Current driver's licence
