💰 $67 - $73 per hour + super (inclusive of casual loading)
📅 Start: June 2026
📆 Contract: Until January 2027 (strong potential for extension)
⏰ Full-time only (part-time will not be considered)

🧠 About the Role
You'll be working within a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality mental health support to veterans and their families, delivering evidence-based assessment, counselling, and case management.
This is a rewarding role supporting individuals with complex presentations, where you'll:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and care planning
Deliver individual, couple, and family-based interventions
Liaise with stakeholders and support networks to coordinate care
Participate in case reviews, supervision, and ongoing professional development
Strong clinical judgement, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate sensitive and complex cases are essential.
✅ Key Requirements
Registered Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Counsellor
Minimum 3-4 years of mental health experience in assessment, risk management, evidence-based interventions and trauma informed counselling
Relevant registration (AHPRA / AASW / PACFA / ACA)
Ability to work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Australian Citizenship (essential- applications without citizenship will be discounted)
⭐ Highly Desirable
Experience working with ADF personnel, veterans, or their families
OR a strong personal connection to the military community (family, friends, lived experience)
