🏥 The Opportunity
We're seeking:
🔹 Theatre Technicians (Grade 1-4)
🔹 CSSD Instrument Technicians (Grade 1-5)
Theatre Technician - What you'll be doing
* Preparing operating theatres for surgical procedures
* Assisting with patient transfers and positioning
* Supporting anaesthetic and intraoperative requirements
* Handling and troubleshooting theatre equipment
* Maintaining sterile environments and infection control standards
* Assisting with cleaning and turnaround between cases
CSSD Instrument Technician - What you'll be doing
* Cleaning, disinfecting and sterilising surgical instruments
* Packing and assembling instrument trays
* Operating sterilisation equipment (autoclaves)
* Tracking and distributing instruments to theatre
* Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards
💰 What's on offer
* $50+ per hour + super

✅ Requirements
* Certificate III/IV in Sterilisation Services or Theatre Technician qualification
* Minimum 1 year hospital experience in theatre or CSSD required
* Strong understanding of infection control and aseptic technique
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
