About the Role
You will play a vital role in supporting clients from hospital discharge to home and beyond. You'll provide speech pathology assessment, therapy, and communication/swallowing interventions across home visits, outpatient, and community-based programs.
You'll be part of a warm, transdisciplinary team including physiotherapists, OTs, dietitians, psychologists, and social workers-all working together to help clients remain independent in their communities.
Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA Registration
Experience in community health, rehab, or aged care settings
Desirable: exposure to neurological caseloads
Valid drivers license
Australian working rights (Working Holiday Visa holders welcome!)
