Ready to take your paediatric skills off the clinic floor and into community and remote outreach? 🌴

This is a unique opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to step into a predominantly paediatric, community-based role, supporting children and families across regional and remote communities. You'll be delivering meaningful, culturally responsive care where it's needed most - including outreach via 4WD to surrounding areas.

The Role

• Predominantly paediatric caseload (early intervention, developmental delays, communication & feeding)
• Community and outpatient focus - clinics, schools, and home visits
• Regional outreach to remote communities (4WD travel required)
• Work closely with families, carers, and local services
• Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary regional team

Essential Criteria

• Speech Pathology qualification and SPA membership
• Minimum 3 years' experience, with paediatric/community exposure
• Experience in paediatric feeding and developmental caseloads
• Confidence working autonomously in community settings
• Understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with diverse communities
• Strong communication and MDT collaboration skills
• Driver's licence and willingness to undertake 4WD outreach travel
• Australian Working Rights- WHV welcome!
