This is a unique opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to step into a predominantly paediatric, community-based role, supporting children and families across regional and remote communities. You'll be delivering meaningful, culturally responsive care where it's needed most - including outreach via 4WD to surrounding areas.

The Role
Predominantly paediatric caseload (early intervention, developmental delays, communication & feeding)
Community and outpatient focus - clinics, schools, and home visits
Regional outreach to remote communities (4WD travel required)
Work closely with families, carers, and local services
Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary regional team

Essential Criteria
Speech Pathology qualification and SPA membership
Minimum 3 years' experience, with paediatric/community exposure
Experience in paediatric feeding and developmental caseloads
Confidence working autonomously in community settings
Understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with diverse communities
Strong communication and MDT collaboration skills
Driver's licence and willingness to undertake 4WD outreach travel
