We're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to step into a rewarding regional role, working across adult inpatient & outpatient services and a paediatric feeding caseload.

• Adult inpatient and outpatient speech pathology caseload
• Paediatric feeding component

Essential Selection Criteria

To be considered, you must have:

• Recognised Speech Pathology qualification meeting Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership requirements
• Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience, including inpatient experience
• Experience delivering contemporary, high-quality Speech Pathology services to patients and families/carers
• Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with culturally and socially diverse communities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in clinical supervision of students and/or staff, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume workload
• Experience contributing to quality improvement and service development initiatives
