ASAP for 6 weeks | $50-$60 per hour + super | Semi-Rural VIC (Commutable from Melbourne)

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Social Work + AASW eligibility/registration
• Adult caseload experience (rehab/GEM/palliative; hospital subacute or community)
• Confidence working independently in the community
• Strong psychosocial assessment, advocacy & care coordination skills
• Current driver's licence
• Australian Working Rights (Working Holiday Visa's Welcome)
