📍 Locations & Roles:

Regional South Australia - Coastal - Adult Rehab Ward

• $60-$75 + super
• 12-week contract | November start
• Accommodation provided FOC
• Travel & flights fully covered

Regional Victoria - Adult Community Caseload

• $60-$70 + super
• CHSP/HACC Assessments, Home Modifications & Assistive Technology
• Accommodation provided FOC + travel allowance
• 12-week contract | ASAP start

Regional New South Wales - Mixed Community & Inpatient Caseload

• $55-$70 + super
• Accommodation provided + $200 travel allowance each way
• Adult caseload (mostly older adults)
• Community-based with some inpatient discharge planning
• Includes equipment prescription, home assessment & minor modifications
• Travel during business hours supported with fleet vehicle
• 12-week contract | ASAP start

Regional Queensland- Coastal -Community

• $55-$75 + super
• Accommodation provided + travel allowance each way
• Adult caseload (home visits, aged care, and rehab caseloads)
• Support patients post-discharge with functional rehab, equipment prescription & discharge planning
• 12-week contract | ASAP start
