Physiotherapist - Aged Care, Rehab & Palliative Care | Adelaide, SA

💰 $60-$70 per hour + super | 📅 ASAP Start | ⏳ 6-8 Week Contract (Potential to Extend)

Join a welcoming and well-supported team in Adelaide, working across inpatient or community settings within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care division. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support patients across the continuum of care, enhancing mobility, function, comfort, and overall quality of life.

You'll collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across subacute inpatient wards and community/outreach services.

The Role:

• Inpatient rehab and aged care caseloads (gen med, post-op, deconditioning)
• Community/outreach work supporting clients at home or in residential aged care
• Palliative care physiotherapy focusing on comfort, function, and quality of life
• Mobility assessments, discharge planning, and equipment prescription
• Work collaboratively with MDT including OT, nursing, and medical teams

About you:

• Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
• Previous inpatient and/or community/subacute experience
• Confident managing varied caseloads across aged care, rehab and palliative
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
• Minimum 2 years experience- No new graduates for this role
• Australian working rights - working holiday visa's welcome!
• Based in Adelaide - no travel or accommodation provided
