Mars Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 12-week locum contract with a leading regional health service in Mildura, Victoria.

The Opportunity

• 12-week locum contract
• Immediate start available
• $65-$70 per hour + Super
• Accommodation provided

• Full-time hours (38-hour week)
• Supportive Allied Health team
• Potential contract extension

The Role

You'll work within an acute inpatient hospital, managing a diverse caseload across:

• Medical
• Surgical
• Orthopaedics
• Neurology
• Rehabilitation

Your responsibilities will include:

• Functional and cognitive assessments
• Discharge planning
• Equipment prescription
• ADL assessments
• Patient and family education
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys a fast-paced hospital environment and is confident managing a varied inpatient caseload.

About You

To be considered, you'll have:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Acute inpatient hospital experience (essential)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Australian working rights
• Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply
