🧠 Mental Health Clinician (Psych / Social Work / OT) - Locum Contract
💰 $80-$90 per hour + super

⏱️ 7-day rotating roster (7am-11pm)

Looking for your next locum adventure? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported Acute Care Mental Health team, delivering community-based care within a dynamic and fast-paced service.

You'll be working across an adult Acute Care Service, providing assessment, intervention and crisis support to individuals with complex mental health presentations, as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The Role

• Deliver acute mental health assessment, triage and short-term interventions
• Work within a 7-day service on a rotating shift roster
• Manage a varied and high-acuity community caseload
• Collaborate closely with MDT and external stakeholders
• Utilise CIMHA for clinical documentation

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a Psychologist, Social Worker or OT (Mental Health accredited - HP3 level)
• AHPRA or AASW registration
• Minimum 3 years experience within Acute Mental Health (no supervision provided)
• Queensland Health experience + CIMHA proficiency (essential)
• Full Australian working rights (Working Holiday Visa welcome)
