My client, an established, respected NFP provider with a newly built, modern facility, is seeking a strong aged care leader to drive clinical quality, operational performance, and support a major redevelopment project. You'll lead one home, sit on the Executive Leadership Team, and shape service transformation that will stay on your CV forever.
What you'll bring:
AHPRA-registered Nurse
Leadership experience in residential aged care (CNM, FM or GM)
Strong clinical governance, quality and accreditation capability
Ability to lead engaged, high-performing teams
