The Opportunity
Our client operates modern, well-resourced residential aged care facilities and is expanding their clinical team. They are seeking Registered Nurses who thrive in aged care and are committed to delivering exceptional resident care. Offering both permanent full-time and part-time positions with consistent hours, including PM and night shifts, while supporting a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' clinical needs
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ENs and Care Staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Ensure compliance with aged care clinical, regulatory, and safety standards

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 2 + Years Registered Nurse Experience
• Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support care staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach
