Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth across enterprise customers with annual freight spend between $1M and $6M.
About the Role
This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you'll identify new opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and develop tailored freight and logistics solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to solution development, negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new enterprise business opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain.
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to close.
- Understand customer pain points and develop tailored freight and logistics solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals and commercial presentations.
- Collaborate with internal commercial and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Stay across market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
About you
- Proven business development experience within 3PL, 4PL, freight management, freight forwarding or logistics solutions.
- A strong track record of winning new enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Experience managing long, consultative B2B sales cycles.
- The ability to engage senior decision-makers and build trusted client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- A consultative approach, taking the time to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for growing new business.
