We are currently seeking an experienced nursing leader for a permanent Director of Nursing / Facility Manager opportunity with a highly regarded rural health service.

We're particularly keen to speak with nurses who have:

• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Facility Manager, ADON, NUM or senior nursing leader
• Strong operational and people leadership skills
• Experience with clinical governance, quality improvement and workforce management
• The ability to foster positive multidisciplinary team cultures
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, management or health administration (highly regarded)
• A passion for rural and regional healthcare
