What you'll be doing

• Become the trusted expert guiding families, carers, and clinicians through complex dementia transitions.
• Carry out holistic assessments to uncover the full picture of each person's experience.
• Design practical, personalised, non-medication strategies that prevent and ease behavioural changes.
• Coach and mentor others - showing not just what to do, but how to do it with empathy and confidence.
• Produce clear, actionable recommendations that genuinely shift outcomes on the ground.
