This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician seeking a 0.4 FTE position, with the potential to increase hours over time as the service continues to grow. While podiatry is a relatively new offering within the organisation, you'll be joining an established and highly supportive allied health team with strong systems, referral pathways and dedicated client coordination support already in place.

The Role

As a Community Podiatrist, you'll provide high-quality podiatry services to Home Care Package clients within their own homes across Perth's southern metropolitan region.

This is a mobile community role requiring travel throughout areas south of the river, extending as far as Port Kennedy, with all business-related mileage reimbursed.
Working closely with clients, families and the wider allied health team, you'll deliver person-centred care that supports mobility, comfort and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting podiatry assessments and treatments within clients' homes
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
• Providing education and preventative care recommendations
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Collaborating with allied health professionals and care teams
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
• Contributing to the growth and success of the podiatry service

About You

We're seeking a clinician who thrives working independently and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience.
To be successful, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Podiatry
• Current AHPRA registration
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
• A proactive and self-sufficient approach to community-based care
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
• Previous community, aged care or home care experience will be highly regarded
