MARS Healthcare is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded aged care and community services provider to recruit a Community Physiotherapist to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoys working autonomously, building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting older people to remain independent, active and safe in their own homes.
The Opportunity
- Permanent part-time position - 3 days per week
- Work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Community-based role across Perth's southern suburbs
- Service area extending as far south as Port Kennedy
- Kilometres reimbursed for all work-related travel

About the Role
As a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to older Australians in their own homes, helping clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting functional, mobility and physical assessments
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
- Falls prevention and balance assessments
- Exercise prescription and rehabilitation
- Pain management and functional interventions
- Recommending appropriate mobility and assistive equipment
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and participate in daily activities
- Working collaboratively with families, carers and the wider care team
- Providing evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Experience in aged care, community, rehabilitation, NDIS or a similar setting is highly regarded
- A genuine passion for working with older Australians
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
- Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Clearance
- A professional, compassionate and client-focused approach
