MARS Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Community Physiotherapist to join a respected and growing in-home aged care provider supporting older Australians to remain safe, independent and connected within their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who enjoys autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and delivering person-centred care within the community.

The Opportunity

  • Permanent part-time position
  • Three days per week - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
  • Community-based role across Perth's southern suburbs
  • Service area extending as far south as Port Kennedy

The Role

As the Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to older adults within their own homes, helping clients maintain mobility, independence and confidence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting mobility and functional assessments
  • Developing individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs
  • Supporting falls prevention and balance strategies
  • Providing mobility and equipment recommendations
  • Helping clients maintain independence with daily activities
  • Collaborating with clients, families and other healthcare professionals
  • Delivering evidence-based care tailored to each client's goals

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience within aged care, community, rehabilitation or a similar setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • National Police Clearance
  • Ability to work independently while managing your own caseload
