Mars Recruitment is partnering with a growing legal practice to appoint a Commercial Property & Litigation Lawyer to join their expanding team.

This role offers exposure to a strong pipeline of quality matters across both commercial property transactions and property-related and commercial litigation. You will gain hands-on experience with acquisitions, disposals, and leasing matters, as well as a broad range of dispute work.

You'll work closely with senior practitioners, enjoy meaningful client contact, and be trusted with a high level of autonomy in managing your own files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing
• Manage a variety of commercial and property-related litigation matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Work collaboratively with senior lawyers while independently managing matters

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in commercial property law and/or litigation
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Confident managing matters independently with appropriate supervision
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
